Welcome to Huron Regional Medical Center's Secure Online Patient Preregistration Service!
You can speed up your registration process by preregistering online. Enter the information requested on the online preregistration form as completely and as accurately as possible. The form must be completed two business days prior to your admission.
Please remember to bring your insurance card along with you so we can electronically scan a copy. Upon arrival at the hospital, go to the Admissions desk located in the front lobby of the main hospital. We will ask you to verify your registration information and have you sign authorization forms.
