The administrative staff at HRMC is responsible for planning the framework for delivering health care that exceeds customer expectations. The administration is also responsible for assessing the needs of the customer and community to develop the services and programs to meet those needs.
HRMC's administrative staff is directed by the HRMC Board of Directors and guided by HRMC corporate bylaws. HRMC is managed by Quorum Health Resources (QHR). The president/CEO and the vice president of finance/CFO are employed by QHR and work on-site at HRMC. They oversee the day-to-day management activities of the hospital.
